Who We Hope To Be
The passionate aim of LBCOC in all that we endeavor is to please God by desiring Him above all. In the relentless pursuit of obedience to Biblical Truth, we seek that every moment of our lives will honor the excellencies of God and proclaim the great name of our Savior and King.
But delight in God and obedience to His Word does not always translate into worldly barometers of success: bodies, bucks, and buildings. Instead, faithfulness and serving the eternal interests of the Kingdom should be the heart treasure of the redeemed. 1. Testimony of Loving Homes
Our Prayer: To Be a Living Portrait of Healthy Families who are the Byproduct of growing Submission to Christ’s Lordship over our homes.

2. Foreshadow of God’s Household
Our Prayer: To Be a Multiethnic, Multi-generational Community Reflective of the Diverse Unity of saints in Heaven and our local earthly Neighborhood.

3. Beacon for Reformation
Our Prayer: To Be a Humble Model of Sound Biblical Ministry with other like-minded churches bringing Encouragement to the Body of Christ beyond our local congregation.

4. Institute for Counseling
Our Prayer: To Be a Training Center for Biblical Counseling in Orange County to counter Humanistic Psychology’s War on God’s Word and bring true healing to sinful and broken people.

5. Lighthouse for Salvation
Our Prayer: To Be a Rescue Mission proclaiming the true gospel in obedience to Christ and in compassion for lost souls.

Our Prayer: To Be a Ministry School equipping men, women, and children with God’s Word as ministers in the everyday real world.
